The Frequent Business Traveler GlobeRunner Awards recognize the world's best airlines, hotel chains, automobile manufacturers, car rental agencies, luggage manufacturers, and travel websites. Results for the prestigious GlobeRunner Awards were determined by online voting which took place between January 9 and March 15, 2013. During these two months, over 110,000 votes were cast for a variety of travel categories and companies. Results were recently presented at an awards ceremony in New York City held at the Penn Club in Midtown Manhattan.
