Q: How “new” are CPO BMW vehicles?
A: CPO models are often described as being as close to new as possible without actually being new. In the case of BMW models, this is very true, as they have less than 60,000 miles on their odometers.
Q: How well are CPO BMW vehicles inspected?
A: We inspect all of our CPO BMW vehicles thoroughly before placing them on our lot. About 200 parts and components are closely examined, which includes the brakes, tires, and suspension system. If any safety-related parts are mismatched or not approved, they will be replaced with genuine BMW parts from our inventory.
Q: Do CPO BMW vehicles undergo road tests?
A: Every CPO vehicle is taken out on the road by one of our certified technicians to evaluate the acceleration and braking system. Our techs also check our CPO models for any problems like rattling, vibrations, etc.
In addition, the heating and air conditioning systems are tested, as well as all electrical features.
Q: Do they come with warranties?
A: All new BMW models come with a four-year/50,000-mile warranty. If this is still applicable to the CPO vehicle, that coverage continues. When it ends, a one-year/unlimited-mileage warranty begins. This warranty covers an extensive number of parts, including the engine, transmission, and braking system.
Q: Is there any additional coverage?
A: In case your battery dies or you run out of gas, you will be happy to know that 24/7 emergency roadside assistance comes with every CPO car. This is good for up to six years from the vehicle’s original in-service date and has no mileage limits.
If your car experiences problems during a trip, you could be reimbursed up to $1,000 for hotel or alternative transportation expenses.
