For the 2016 model year, the third generation of the stylish and sleek BMW 6 Series received a range of enhancements that help to refine the unique character of the 6 Series lineup. If you choose the 2015 BMW 640i, you’ll get a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six that generates 315 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque, while the 2016 BMW 650i gets a 4.4-liter turbocharged V8 that delivers 445 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. The M6 will get 4.4-liter TwinPower Turbo Charged engine that delivers a monstrous 560 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. All engines come paired to rear-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and launch control. Drivers can opt for the all-wheel, or xDrive, system.

It features the BMW ConnectedDrive driver assistance system that features the BMW Head-Up Display, which projects relevant driving information onto the windshield using a full color display. Information includes 3D graphics, Check Control messages, navigation information, and more. The ConnectedDrive system is a series of driver assistance and mobility services that are aimed at optimizing convenience, advanced safety technologies, and use of infotainment features such as on-board navigation with a touchpad controller, enhanced Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, and USB interface.
