The My BMW ConnectedDrive portal and the ConnectedDrive Store1 are both available online. If you already have an active BMW Assist account, you can log in to the portal and personalize your ConnectedDrive experience. If you’re a new customer, you can create an account in order to manage associated vehicles with ease. Previously, customers had to manage their ConnectedDrive services by visiting their preferred BMW Center or contacting the BMW Assist Customer Service, but the new portal makes it easier for drivers to manage their accounts and purchase and/or extend subscriptions via the website.
With the My BMW ConnectedDrive portal comes the ConnectedDrive Store1, where customers can review services to which they are already subscribed. Access to the ConnectedDrive Store1 now also allows drivers the ability to directly purchase or extend service subscriptions directly from their vehicle with the services being available shortly after purchase. It is the first Automotive OEM that has a comprehensive, in-vehicle store that allows the purchasing of such telematic services while in the vehicle. Over time, the My BMW ConnectedDrive portal will continue to expand while offering more services and personalization in the future.
