BMW Announces Enhanced 3 Series!

Earlier this week, BMW announced the latest enhancements to the brand defining 3 Series lineup with the introduction of the new BMW 3 Series! For the new model year, the 2016 BMW 3 Series receives a range of improvements and enhancements that highlight driving dynamics and that support the brand’s emotional commitment to making this vehicle for its beloved customers. The 2016 model year will also feature the introduction of the all-new 2016 BMW 340i. This impressive new BMW 340i marks the world premiere of an all-new inline 6-cylinder that generates 320 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque. The new modular BMW EfficientDynamics engine that features the BMW TwinPower Turbo Technology that combines the unbeatable combination of performance with outstanding efficiency.

The whole 2016 BMW 3 Series lineup will feature numerous improvements and redesigns as well. Designers and engineers also significantly improved the chassis by improving the new front struts as well as new damper technology and redesigned electric power steering that enhances overall vehicle driving dynamics. Both the sedan and sports wagon will feature a sharper exterior design and a sportier front design that also come equipped with the newly designed headlights. Drivers can opt for full-LED headlights. The rear view also cuts a more dynamic figure than previous models with its LED taillights and newly sculptural and defined lines.

It will also come equipped with an eight-speed Steptronic automatic transmission that features enhanced efficiency, wider gear ratio spread and reduced torque converter slip.
