The next-generation BMW X5 M should debut in time for the 2019 model year. It was recently spotted at the iconic Nürburgring track, where BMW has a dedicated test facility for its M models. A vehicle that can impress on the Nürburgring is one that's going to blow you away once you get behind the wheel.
The new BMW X5 M is mostly camouflaged for its test runs, but a few exterior details are apparent. The chin spoiler on the front bumper sticks out a bit more, giving this performance crossover an even more aggressive and striking look than before. The new model has bigger vents positioned near the bumper and the kidney grilles are larger for this new generation, a trait it shares with the upcoming BMW X5. From the back you can spot some huge exhaust tips and the space for larger brakes. This is definitely a new performance vehicle, and we can't wait to learn more about it in the coming months.
